Welcome to www.lulimae.com. This website is administered by 1966733 Alberta Inc (Trade name Lulimae (“Lulimae”, “we”, “us”, “ours”). We invite you to read the terms of Service Agreement as it constitutes a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Lulimae. This Agreement explains the conditions that regulate your use of the website and products and services offered by Lulimae on the website.
If you disagree with any/all terms of this Agreement, you may not use this website.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Agreement at any time. We will notify about the changes. They will be in effect on the effective date shown on the top of the Agreement. Your usage of the website following the changes is considered that you have accepted them.
Intellectual Property Rights
The name “Lulimae”, slogan “The feel you crave” and logo of the company (“Lulimae” and stylized design of a heart containing lines within the heart shape that represent the mirror image of letter “l”) are a registered trade mark and/or trade names. The content of this website, including all text, images, graphics belongs exclusively to Lulimae.
Terms of Sale
You agree to pay all fees charged to your account based on the invoice terms as shown on the payment page on our website. You are to pay the shipping and handling fees that may apply to your purchase and you authorize Lulimae or the third party payment processing service provider that we engage to charge you for any such taxes and fees. All payments shall be made prior to shipping any products. If your payment has not gone through for any reason, Lulimae reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your purchase.
To our Canadian customers: The orders are subject to GST and applicable provincial taxes.
To our US and International customers: you will not pay any Canadian taxes. You are responsible for the all applicable import duties and taxes at your country/a country where the package is shipped to. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Each country has its own regulations and duty tariffs, so we encourage you to consult your local customs office to check the charges.
