Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Dear Lulimae Customer:

We will ship your orders from Vancouver, BC within 3 business days from the receipt. 

We will accept returns and exchanges received by us within 30 days of a purchase, if the following conditions are met: the product is unworn, unwashed, and is in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. And you have a proof of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be purchased through our website only. 

For returns and refunds, please contact wecare@lulimae.com within 10 calendar days of receiving your orders stating your order number and the reason for return. We will open the case for you and assign you a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA number to be indicated clearly on the shipping box.  Please do not ship the item back without receiving an RA number first, because it will not be processed. We will process the refund within 4 business days after the receipt and approval of the product. Your funds will be credited on the original method of payment used. Any shipping fees associated with the return are to be covered by the customer. If the item happens to be faulty (which we will make sure won’t happen!), we will take care of the shipping costs ourselves. 

Please understand, we can’t accept returns on underwear and bodysuits unless there is a factory deficiency. Sale items are final sale.
